Blair Skinner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in early childhood trauma, working with families with young children, and maintains a private practice in Broomfield, Colorado.
With over fifteen years experience as a therapist, and a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary she is currently serving as a private practitioner working primarily with young children.
In addition, Blair is a sought after speaker on the topics such as early childhood trauma, child development and play therapy with young children. Blair is also an American Association for Marriage & Family Therapists (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor Candidate and provides supervision to therapists working toward licensure and a specialization in early childhood therapy. Blair serves on the executice committee of the Broomfield Early Childhood Council, and is the former editor of the Colorado Association for Marriage and Family Therapists quarterly newsletter. Blair has also worked on the faculty of the Marriage and Family departments of Argosy University and Regis University.
Blair is an interactive, child-centered therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
