Shana Miller is a recent graduate from the Marriage and Family Therapist program at Regis University. She graduated, from Metropolitan State University of Denver, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with an emphasis in High Risk Youth in 2013. In this program Shana worked with children in different adverse situations in their life and consulted with families to work towards a healthy way of life. Shana graduated with her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Regis University. While working on her Master’s degree she was blessed with the opportunity to work as a school therapist at an Elementary school working with children from Kindergarten through sixth grade. This was an amazing opportunity to begin therapeutic work with teachers, families, groups and the students.
Shana is from Colorado and has always enjoyed the environment around the mountains, and the city aspects of Denver. She has always had a love for water, from swimming laps, to enjoying a vacation on the beach. Shana’s family and friends is a large support for her, and enjoys spending time having adventures with them. Her favorite foods include; pizza, coffee, sushi, and chocolate.
