About Blair

Blair Skinner is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in early childhood social and emotional issues and early childhood trauma. She works with families with young children, and is the founder and director of Early Childhood Wellness Place in Broomfield Colorado.

With over seventeen years experience as a therapist, and a graduate of Fuller Theological Seminary she feels continually blessed in her role working with young children and their families.

In addition, Blair is a sought after speaker on the topics such as early childhood trauma, child development and play therapy with young children. Blair is also an American Association for Marriage & Family Therapists (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor and provides supervision to therapists working toward licensure and a specialization in early childhood therapy. Blair serves on the executice committee of the Broomfield Early Childhood Council, and is the former editor of the Colorado Association for Marriage and Family Therapists quarterly newsletter. Blair has also worked on the faculty of the Marriage and Family departments of Argosy University and Regis University.

Blair is an interactive, child-centered therapist. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, she works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they’re striving for.
